BluePrint loads the entire PCB CAD database once to start the documentation process and uses all the CAD intelligence to create the documentation. ECO changes are easily incorporated by “refreshing” the source CAD data. BluePrint “ripples” the new PCB data throughout the documentation package, updating every instance of a PCB View, detail, and chart.

BluePrint provides access to all the electrical intelligence contained in the PCB CAD database to create detailed documentation. It uses a drawing and sheet based approach to create actual PCB documents (drill drawing, assembly drawing, parts list, etc) and stores them together in a comprehensive electronic release package.

There are three unique viewer options designed to ease the sharing of your PCB release packages. The BluePrint Viewer is a free download available on our website. The BluePrint HTML Viewer allows documentation packages to be exported into HTML and viewed using an Active X component inside of Microsoft Internet Explorer. And lastly, you can always choose the BluePrint Pack and Release option, which bundles a viewing option inside the release package.
